Mobile Art Program

Ohana Center's Mobile Art Program at a Glance

Ohana Center knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives.

In 2019, our Mobile Art Program was awarded a CalMHSA grant.

In 2021 Ohana Center launched our expanded art and wellness program: Empowerment, Art, Resiliency, Teaching and Healing (EARTH).  The program will provide accessible resources to the most vulnerable populations of all ages who are at risk of developing serious  mental health conditions. The program will support the  acquisition of psycho-educational tools and copings skills through  group and individual activities.

The program will consist of virtual health, art and wellness sessions and the distribution of free monthly wellness and art kits. Ohana Center will be partnering with local community agencies, schools, senior living facilities  and group homes in order to promote empowerment and community engagement.
